Best Management Practices
Welcome to the agricultural best management practices tour. Explore some of the most commonly used practices in Crawford County, many made possible by Growing Greener State Grants. The tour describes management problems, approximates prices for projects, shows before and after photographs of sites, and lists the many benefits of each agricultural BMP. Don’t forget to see if grant money is available to assist you in your project. For more information, contact the Crawford County Conservation District at (814) 763-5269.
