Shelter Reservation Terms
To reserve a shelter at Stainbrook Park, call the Conservation District at (814) 763-5269 or email shelter@crawfordconservation.com. Shelter #1 has electric and costs $45.00 a day to rent. Shelter #2 has no electric and is $40.00 for a day rental. A signed rules and regulations sheet and payment in full must be received by the Crawford Conservation District before we will post reservation signs.

Pavilion Rental Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. Refunds will be for the full amount that you paid to reserve the shelter. Reservations are rain or shine, no refunds will be given if your event is cancelled due to inclement weather.
Stainbrook Park Rules
- Stainbrook Park is a day use only area, the park closes at sunset
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
- Swimming in Woodcock Creek is prohibited
- Please place all trash from your outing in the trash dumpster
- Fires are only permitted in the grills provided
- Pets must be on a leash or other physical restraint at all times
- Fireworks are prohibited
- Please remove any personal directional or other signs placed in or around the Park at the conclusion of your event
- Parking of vehicles is permitted only in the parking lots provided. You may use vehicles to load/unload heavy gear or handicapped persons at the shelters, but then please return vehicles to the parking lot.
